Another Monday. Not much going on today: just work, work, work.
I got to babysit my God-daughter, Sofija yesterday. She's such a cutie! She's only a few months old, but she's getting big quick. Before you know it, she'll be bigger than her mother! Not that it's hard to be bigger than her mother, but she's growing quite fast.
I spent half the weekend fighting off a cold. If only fighting off a cold was like playing a video game, I'd feel well 24/7/52 - that's right, 52: the number of weeks in a year - because 24/7/365 is STUPID! 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. It's beauty in form and function! Some may argue, "but there are 52.2 weeks per year, not 52," to which I reply, "there are 365.24 days per year, not 365." I refuse to compromise for the purpose of comformity when the norm is nonsense.
On the other hand, I still prefer inches and feet to the metric system. Why you ask? My answer is simply this: I'm stubborn. Deal.
